How is the pricing structured?
It’s simple and transparent. Your costs are broken down into four parts: a one-time setup fee, a monthly fee for the space your pallets use, a small fee for each order we pick and pack, and the direct cost of shipping. We provide a detailed, itemised quote so you have transparent pricing from the start.
How long does logistics onboarding really take?
Typically, 2 to 4 weeks. This gives us time for proper system integration and to carefully manage the intake of your stock into our facilities, ensuring your streamlined operations are perfect from day one.
We're with another third-party logistics (3PL) provider. How does the switch actually work?
We manage this as a dedicated project to ensure zero downtime. We coordinate with your old provider, handle the freight, and personally count and verify every single item as it arrives at our facilities. We handle the entire process so you can keep running your business.
What happens if my goods are damaged in your warehouse?
We take full accountability. Our facilities are fully insured. If an item is damaged due to our error, our Service Level Agreement guarantees we reimburse you for the full cost of the goods. It’s that simple.
Do you offer services like kitting or assembly?
Yes. If you sell gift packs or product bundles, our team can assemble these “kits” for you in our warehouses. This is a time-saving solution that streamlines your fulfilment, especially during busy periods like Christmas.
How do you handle returns management?
We make it easy. Your customer sends the return to our designated warehouse, our team inspects it based on your rules (for example, is it in sellable condition?), and we process it in the system. We can either return it to available stock or set it aside for your review.
